Good to know
How much does it cost?
Arnaki is free to download and use.
Can I buy gift cards in the app?
Not at this stage. No payments are made in the app. You can store and manage cards, get payment recommendations, and swap card-for-card with other users.
Are my card details safe?
Card numbers and security codes are stored encrypted and shown only to the card's owner. We never store credit card numbers: for perks you only pick the card type.
How does a swap work?
You list a card and receive offers. Another user offers one of their cards; if it suits you, you accept and the cards change hands in the app. After the swap, a card's details are available only to its new owner.
Which cards and brands can I add?
Gift cards, holiday vouchers and store credit from retailers in Israel, in areas such as fashion, food, electronics and leisure. The brand list keeps growing.
Is there an Android version?
Arnaki is launching on iPhone first.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Profile → Delete account. Full details are on the Delete your account page.
