Delete it in the app
- Open Arnaki and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Choose Delete account and confirm.
Your account is deleted immediately and you're signed out of the app.
Can't access the app?
Email support@arnaki.app from the email address registered to your account, with the subject "Delete account". To protect you, we'll confirm the request came from the account owner before deleting it.
What gets deleted
- Your account details: name, email, phone and password.
- The gift cards, store credit and benefit cards in your wallet.
- Your listings, which are removed from the marketplace, and your open offers, which are cancelled.
- Your preferences and notification token.
What may be kept
Chat messages you sent stay with the people who received them, without your name. Information we must keep by law, or need to handle a report, fraud or dispute, is kept only for as long as that requires. All other personal information is deleted or anonymized within 30 days.
Before you delete: deletion is permanent and your account and cards can't be restored. Save the numbers and codes of any cards you want to keep using.
