In short: Arnaki helps you manage gift cards, choose how to pay, and swap cards with other users. It doesn't process payments and isn't a party to deals between users. You're responsible for making sure the cards you add or offer are yours and their details are accurate. We have zero tolerance for fraud and harassment.
1. Accepting these terms
These terms apply to the Arnaki app and website, ("Arnaki", "the service", "we"). By signing up for or using the service you confirm that you've read and agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. If this English version and the Hebrew version differ, the Hebrew version prevails.
2. The service
- Wallet: store and manage gift cards, vouchers and store credit, including balances and expiry dates.
- Smart Pay: a recommendation for a cost-effective way to pay, based on the cards, perks and coupons in your account.
- Perks and coupons: information about credit and club card perks, and active coupons.
- Swap marketplace: listing cards, card-for-card swap offers, and chat between users.
In its current version, no payments are made through the service, and Arnaki does not hold users' money.
3. Accounts and eligibility
- The service is for people aged 18 and over.
- You must provide accurate details and keep them up to date. One account per person.
- You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done in your account. If you suspect unauthorized use, tell us right away.
- You can delete your account at any time from inside the app.
4. Cards and information you enter
- Only add cards that you own or are entitled to use.
- You're responsible for the accuracy of the details, including balance and expiry. A balance shown in the app reflects what was entered or checked and may differ from the actual balance with the issuer.
- Using a card is subject to the brand's or issuer's terms. We don't issue cards and aren't responsible for redeeming them.
5. Smart Pay, perks and coupons
Recommendations, perks and coupons are provided for information only. They're based on information we have and information you enter, and we can't guarantee that a perk or coupon will be honored at the checkout. Perks are set by issuers and brands and may change without notice. Check the terms with the retailer before you pay.
6. The swap marketplace and chat
- The marketplace is a platform that connects users. Arnaki is not a party to deals between users, doesn't buy or sell cards, and doesn't guarantee any card, its balance, or another user's conduct.
- When a swap is accepted, the cards move between the accounts in the app, and each card's details become available to its new owner.
- In the current version no payments are made through the service. Anyone who chooses to pay another user does so outside the service and entirely at their own risk.
- We may remove listings, offers or messages that break these terms, and limit or suspend users.
- If you come across fraud or abusive behavior, report it from the chat or email us.
7. Seller terms
To list a card on the marketplace you must be approved as a seller. When you list a card, you promise that:
- The card is yours, was obtained lawfully, and is not stolen or counterfeit.
- The details you published, including amount, balance and expiry, are accurate and up to date.
- The card is valid for at least 30 days from the date you list it.
- Once the card has moved to a new owner in a swap, you won't use or transfer it, and you won't offer it to anyone else.
- You'll communicate fairly and respectfully and respond to offers in good faith.
Breaking these terms, and in particular using a card after it has been transferred, is fraud. We'll block the account and share information with law enforcement where the law requires or allows it.
8. Prohibited conduct and user content
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You may not:
- Defraud or impersonate anyone, or offer stolen, counterfeit or used cards.
- Harass, threaten or defame anyone, or post racist, sexual, violent or otherwise offensive content.
- Send spam, advertising or malicious links.
- Collect information about other users, or try to get around the service's security measures.
You can report and block a user from inside the app. We review reports within 24 hours, remove objectionable content, and block the users who posted it. You're responsible for the content you post, and you grant us permission to display it in the service in order to operate it.
9. Intellectual property and brands
The service, its design, code and content belong to Arnaki. Names, logos and marks of brands and card issuers belong to their owners and are shown only to identify a card or a perk. Showing them does not imply any affiliation, partnership or endorsement by their owners.
10. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and as available. To the fullest extent the law allows, Arnaki isn't liable for indirect or consequential damage, loss of a card's value, other users' actions, decisions by brands or issuers, or deals made outside the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived by law, including under Israel's Consumer Protection Law.
11. Suspension and closing accounts
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, is involved in fraud, or puts other users at risk, and we'll let you know where possible. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
12. Changes to the service and terms
We may change the service and these terms. We'll let you know about a material change in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept it.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts in Tel Aviv-Jaffa have exclusive jurisdiction.
